    • 🥛 2 tbsp unsweetened yogurt
    • 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
    • Black pepper to taste

    • 1 tsp coriander
    • 1 tsp cumin powder
    • 1 tsp turmeric
    • 1 tsp chili powder

Mince the onion, garlic, and ginger. Dice the tomato into 1cm cubes.

Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant. Add onion and sauté over low heat for about 10 minutes until translucent. Add tomato and cook for another 5 minutes, evaporating the moisture.

Add ground meat to the pan and cook over medium heat until the meat changes color. Add the spices and sauté for 3 minutes.

Pour water into the pan and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Add yogurt, salt, and black pepper, then cook until the liquid is almost gone. Serve the keema curry over rice.
