- 🥑 1/2 avocado
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
- 🧅 50g onion
Soup Base
- 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 300ml water
BƯỚC
Slice the onion into thin pieces.
In a pot, bring the water to a boil and add the chicken stock powder, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
Add the sliced onion to the pot and simmer until softened and sweet, about 5 minutes.
Add the dried wakame and simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
Cut the avocado into cubes and gently add to the soup. Heat for 1 minute without boiling.
Serve the soup warm and enjoy.
