- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) of cooked rice
- 🐟 80g of sashimi-grade salmon
- 🥑 1/2 avocado
- Sufficient amount of shredded nori
Sweet and Spicy Sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp gochujang
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 💧 1 tsp water
BƯỚC
Cut the salmon into 1cm cubes.
Cut the avocado into 1cm cubes.
In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and water). Add the salmon and avocado, mix well, and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Serve the rice in a bowl, top with the marinated salmon and avocado mixture, and sprinkle shredded nori on top.
