- 4 tbsp tempura flour
- 💧 3 tbsp cold water
- Enough vegetable oil for frying
- 🧂 Pinch of salt

- 1 tbsp tempura flour

Remove the avocado skin and slice into 6 equal pieces. Coat with 1 tbsp tempura flour.

Mix 4 tbsp tempura flour and 3 tbsp cold water in a bowl to create the batter.

Heat vegetable oil to 170°C (about 3 cm deep in a pot). Dip the avocado slices into the batter and fry until they float and the surface becomes crispy.

Serve on a plate with a pinch of salt on the side.
