- 20 pieces rice cakes
- 🥓 10 strips bacon
- A pinch of parsley
- A small amount of mustard
BƯỚC
Rinse the rice cakes in water and boil them in hot water for 2–3 minutes until softened.
Drain the boiled rice cakes using a strainer and let them cool slightly.
Cut the 10 strips of bacon in half.
Place a rice cake on each bacon strip and roll tightly.
Place the bacon-wrapped rice cakes seam-side down in a pan and cook over medium-low heat until the bacon is crispy.
Skewer the cooked bacon-wrapped rice cakes onto bamboo sticks for easy serving.
Sprinkle parsley on top for garnish and serve with mustard on the side.
