- 🥩 500g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🌱 300g bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thickly sliced
- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom, roughly chopped
- 🧄 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 chili pepper, sliced
- 10 perilla leaves, cut into pieces
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp red pepper powder
- 3 tbsp red pepper paste
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp cooking wine
BƯỚC
Mix red pepper paste, red pepper powder, soy sauce, cooking wine, minced garlic, and sugar to create the sauce.
Wash and drain the bean sprouts.
Prepare the pork belly, slice the onion, chop the green onion, chili pepper, and perilla leaves, and roughly chop the king oyster mushroom.
Layer the bean sprouts on a wide pan.
Add the green onion, onion, and king oyster mushroom on top of the bean sprouts.
Place the pork belly on top of the vegetables.
Top the pork belly with perilla leaves and chili pepper, then pour the prepared sauce over everything.
Stir-fry the ingredients until the pork is cooked and bean sprouts release their moisture, creating a flavorful broth.
