- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom (40g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 🌿 3 sprigs parsley, chopped
Condiments
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Chop parsley, trim and separate shimeji mushrooms, slice king oyster mushroom, and mince garlic.

Heat butter in a frying pan, add garlic, shimeji mushrooms, and king oyster mushroom. Sauté over medium heat until softened.

Add salt and pepper, stir briefly, then add balsamic vinegar and mix well. Finally, add parsley and combine.
