- 80g canned bamboo shoots
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 30g processed cheese, diced
Seasoning
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp whole grain mustard
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Pinch of black pepper

Dice the processed cheese into 5mm cubes.
Slice the bamboo shoots thinly after halving them horizontally. Place them in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl. Add the diced cheese and bamboo shoots, then toss to combine.
