- 100g boiled bamboo shoots
- 🌱 100g snap peas

- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 4 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
BƯỚC
Cut bamboo shoots into bite-sized pieces. Remove strings from snap peas.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add bamboo shoots and stir-fry until browned. Add clams and mix briefly, then pour in sake and cover with a lid. Steam for about 3 minutes until clams open.
Remove the lid and add snap peas, butter, soy sauce, and salt and pepper. Stir-fry briefly to combine flavors.
