Seasoning
- 1 1/2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame

Cut the bamboo shoots into smaller pieces: slice the root into 5mm thick pieces and cut the tips into bite-sized pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add the bamboo shoots, and stir-fry until golden brown. Turn off the heat and mix in the seasoning ingredients. Let it cool to allow flavors to meld.
