- 1 barracuda (250g), cleaned
- 150g clams, purged
Vegetables
- 🍅 10 cherry tomatoes
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
Liquid
- 1 tbsp sake
- 200ml water
Finish
- Chopped parsley for garnish

In a frying pan, combine sake, water, garlic, and onion. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then add barracuda, clams, and cherry tomatoes. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, occasionally spooning the broth over the fish.
