- 🧀 2 slices cheese
- 2 slices ham
- 🌿 2 leaves basil
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil

BƯỚC
Wipe off excess oil from the fried tofu using a paper towel, cut it diagonally in half, and make a slit in the center.
Stuff the slit with basil, ham, and one slice of cheese each, then coat the surface with flour.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the prepared tofu, and fry until golden brown on all sides, occasionally pressing with a spatula. Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve with ketchup. Sprinkle pepper and basil as desired.
