Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can (70g) tuna
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 🥕 1/3 carrot (50g), julienned
Seasonings
- 1 mentaiko (30g)
- 🧂 1/6 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🥫 2 tbsp mayonnaise
BƯỚC
Cut the root off the bean sprouts and halve their length. Julienne the carrot.
Make a slit in the mentaiko and scoop out the contents with a spoon.
Place the carrot, bean sprouts, and 1 tbsp of water in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse with cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Mix the seasonings (☆) in a bowl. Add the cooked vegetables and mix. Finally, add the tuna and toss lightly.
