- 2 chikuwa sticks
- 1 bag bean sprouts
Seasonings
- 1 1/2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp wasabi
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds

Cut the chikuwa lengthwise in half, then slice diagonally into thin pieces.
