Vegetables
- 2 handfuls bean sprouts
- 1 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 handful water dropwort
- 2 king oyster mushrooms
Protein
- 5 sheets fish cake
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- To taste black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp anchovy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
BƯỚC
Mix red pepper powder, soy sauce, anchovy sauce, plum extract, cooking wine, minced garlic, sugar, and corn syrup to make the sauce.
Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly and place them in a pan.
Cut the fish cakes into 0.5cm slices and layer them on top of the bean sprouts.
Add chopped green onion, onion slices, and king oyster mushrooms on top.
Drizzle 2 rounds of cooking oil over the ingredients.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat until moisture is released.
Once the vegetables soften, add black pepper, a pinch of salt, and the prepared sauce.
Add water dropwort and stir to coat evenly with the sauce.
Mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with a small amount of water and pour into the pan, stirring quickly.
Turn off the heat and drizzle sesame oil, then sprinkle sesame seeds generously.
