- 300g bean sprouts
- 1 piece radish
- 1 green onion

- 2 tbsp fish sauce

- 600ml water

Trim the ends of the bean sprouts and wash them thoroughly in water.
Add 600ml of water to a pot and prepare the broth using a stock pack or coin broth.
Add the cleaned bean sprouts to the pot. To remove the bean sprout smell, either boil with the lid open or keep the lid closed throughout.
Add sliced radish and green onion, then season with 2 tbsp fish sauce. You can also use soy sauce or salt for seasoning.
Finally, add half a block of tofu and boil on high heat until fully cooked.
