Vegetables
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 1 tsp dried wakame
- 2 stalks green onion
Liquids
- 600 ml water
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder

Slice the green onion into small pieces. Heat water and bean sprouts in a pot.

Once boiling, add wakame and the seasonings (sake, soy sauce, salt and pepper, chicken stock). Simmer on low heat for 2 minutes.

Add sesame oil and white sesame seeds. Serve in a bowl and garnish with green onion.
