Vegetables
- 2-3 handfuls bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1-2 green chilies, sliced
- 1 handful green onions, chopped
Protein
- 🥚 1-2 eggs, beaten
- 🍤 10-12 shrimp, peeled
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1-1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Shrimp Marinade
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper

Prepare the ingredients: wash the bean sprouts, chop the onion, green chilies, and green onions. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients to create the sauce. Optionally, add a bit of sugar or syrup for sweetness.
Marinate the shrimp with rice wine, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Heat oil in a pan and scramble the eggs over low heat. Remove the eggs once lightly cooked and set aside.
In the same pan, add more oil and stir-fry the chopped onion over high heat for about 1 minute.
Add the marinated shrimp to the pan and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until fully cooked.
Add the bean sprouts and the prepared sauce to the pan. Stir well.
Add the scrambled eggs, green onions, and green chilies to the pan. Stir for 1-2 minutes and turn off the heat.
