Main Ingredients
- 🧈 500g tofu
- 200g bean sprouts
- 3 tbsp starch powder
- 0.3 tbsp curry powder
- Adequate amount of cooking oil
Seasoning for Bean Sprouts
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 1 red chili
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of black pepper
BƯỚC
Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Use kitchen towels to remove excess moisture from tofu.
Mix starch powder and curry powder, then coat tofu evenly.
Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a pan and fry the tofu until golden brown.
In another pan, heat a small amount of oil and sauté minced garlic and bean sprouts.
Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, sliced green onion, and red chili to the pan and stir-fry.
Once bean sprouts are slightly cooked and seasoning is mixed, add sesame oil and black pepper, then toss to combine.
Serve fried tofu alongside seasoned bean sprouts.
