- 2 chikuwa sticks
- 25g mentaiko

- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 4 shiso leaves

- 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Cut off the stems of the shiso leaves and slice them thinly.
Slice the chikuwa in half lengthwise, then cut into diagonal pieces about 5mm thick.
Make a slit in the mentaiko and remove the contents.
Place the bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let cool and drain excess water.
Mix the mentaiko and mayonnaise in a bowl. Add the shiso leaves, chikuwa, and bean sprouts, then mix well.
