- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 1/2 pack bok choy
- 🧅 1/2 stalk sliced green onion
Noodles
- 1 pack (200g) shirataki noodles
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
BƯỚC
Cut bok choy into bite-sized pieces and slice green onion diagonally.
Boil water in a pot, add shirataki noodles, blanch briefly, drain, and cut into manageable lengths.
Heat salad oil in a pot, add beef, and stir-fry over medium heat until the color changes. Add bok choy stems and shirataki noodles, stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce), cover, and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add bok choy leaves and green onion, simmer until softened, then serve.
