- 🥩 80g sliced beef
Dairy / Tofu
- 🍶 1 block (300g) firm tofu
Vegetables
- 50g kimchi
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce

Cut the tofu block in half horizontally, then slice into 2cm wide pieces. Arrange on a serving plate.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until the beef changes color.
Add kimchi to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Then, add soy sauce and mix well.
Spoon the beef and kimchi mixture over the tofu slices. Garnish with chopped green onion.
