Meat
- 🥩 180g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🥒 150g grated daikon
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 3 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 💧 150cc water
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
BƯỚC
Season the beef with salt in a bowl, then coat it with potato starch.
Prepare the shimeji mushrooms by trimming the root and separating them. Grate the daikon and lightly squeeze out excess water.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the shimeji mushrooms and stir until coated with oil.
Add the soy sauce, water, grated ginger, and 2/3 of the grated daikon to the pan. Mix well, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.
Serve on a plate, top with the remaining grated daikon, and garnish with chopped green onion.
