Main Ingredients
- 🥩 250g beef brisket
- 200g soybean sprouts
- 🧅 A small amount of green onion
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp fish sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
BƯỚC
Heat 2-3 tbsp of cooking oil in a pot, add a small amount of green onion and 2 tbsp chili powder, and stir-fry.
Add 250g beef brisket and 1 tbsp cooking wine, then stir-fry until the beef is cooked.
Pour 800ml of water or broth into the pot and bring to a boil.
Add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp minced garlic, and 1.5 tbsp fish sauce to the boiling soup.
Add 200g soybean sprouts and cook until they are tender.
Sprinkle a pinch of black pepper and serve hot.
