Beef
- 🥩 2 slices of beef shoulder steak
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Mushroom Sauce
- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom (80g), sliced
- 🍄 1/2 pack enoki mushroom (100g), halved
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
BƯỚC
Slice the king oyster mushroom lengthwise and halve the enoki mushroom, separating the root parts.
Season both sides of the beef with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and sear the beef for 1.5 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from the pan.
Wrap the beef in aluminum foil and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice into bite-sized pieces and plate.
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté the mushrooms until softened. Add sake and soy sauce, mix briefly, and pour over the beef.
