Udon
- 2 frozen udon noodles
Soboro
- 150g ground pork
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp yakiniku sauce
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Namul
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 66.7g chopped komatsuna
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧄 Pinch of grated garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Toppings
- 40g kimchi
- 🥚 2 onsen eggs

Cut komatsuna into bite-sized pieces and julienne the carrot. Place bean sprouts, komatsuna, and carrot in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds. Drain excess water.
In a bowl, mix the microwaved vegetables with the remaining Namul ingredients to prepare the Namul.
Microwave the frozen udon noodles on a microwave-safe plate according to package instructions, then transfer to serving bowls.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground pork and stir-fry until the meat changes color. Add the remaining Soboro ingredients and stir-fry until well combined.
Top the udon with Soboro, Namul, kimchi, and place an onsen egg in the center.
