- 200g glutinous rice flour

Drain the black soybeans to remove excess moisture.
Place glutinous rice flour in a plastic bag and crush finely using a rolling pin.
In a bowl, mix glutinous rice flour, milk, and honey. Add pancake mix and knead into a dough. Incorporate black soybeans and knead again. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 20 minutes.
Divide the dough into 10 equal portions and shape into balls.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper, arrange the dough balls, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
