Seaweed
- 80g wakame seaweed
Vegetables
- 50g kimchi
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Remove the tendons from the chicken breast.
Boil water in a pot, blanch the wakame seaweed briefly, then rinse under cold water and drain. Cut into bite-sized pieces. In the same pot, bring water to a boil again, add the chicken breast, and simmer on low heat for about 2 minutes until cooked. Remove and shred the chicken once cooled.
In a bowl, mix the kimchi with sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Add the wakame and shredded chicken, then mix well.
