Vegetables
- 8 bok choy heads, halved
- 🧅 1/2 large onion, sliced
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 5 slices ginger
Seafood
- 250g scallops
- 🍤 250g shrimp
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
BƯỚC
Prepare ingredients: halve bok choy, slice onion, crush garlic, and slice ginger.
Marinate scallops and shrimp with 1 tbsp rice wine and 2 tbsp cornstarch for 30 minutes.
Mix sauce ingredients: 1 tbsp rice wine, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, and 2 tsp sesame oil.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
Cook seafood on high heat until 80% done.
Add onion and bok choy to the pan, stir-fry, and season with a pinch of sugar.
Simmer the sauce until bubbling, then remove from heat.
Combine cooked ingredients with the sauce and mix well.
Serve over rice and enjoy.
