- 🐖 150g pork belly block
Vegetables
- 🥔 150g daikon, sliced into half moons
- 🧅 40g green onion, divided into white and green parts
- 1/2 piece ginger, thinly sliced
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1.5 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 💧 200ml water
BƯỚC
Slice daikon into half moons, divide green onion into white and green parts, and thinly slice ginger.
Cut pork belly into 3–4cm wide pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pan and sear pork belly on all sides until browned.
Mix seasonings in the rice cooker, then add pork belly, daikon, green onion, and ginger. Start normal cooking mode.
Once cooked, stir and leave on warm mode for 1 hour.
Serve on a plate and garnish with thinly sliced white green onion.
