- 🥦 8 florets (80g) broccoli
Canned Fish
- 1 can (190g) mackerel in water
Condiments
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- Pinch of black pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Add broccoli and 1 tbsp water to a frying pan. Cover with a lid and heat over medium heat until boiling. Steam for 1–2 minutes, then drain excess water.
Heat sesame oil in the frying pan. Add the canned mackerel and stir-fry gently to break it apart. Add the broccoli and stir-fry for another 1–2 minutes.
Add ponzu sauce and black pepper, then stir to combine evenly.
