- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna

- Pinch of pepper

Separate the broccoli into small florets and trim the base of the shimeji mushrooms. Place both in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Let cool.
