- 2 tbsp mirin
BƯỚC
Wash the peeled shrimp and pat dry with paper towels.

Mix the sake, miso, black pepper, and mirin in a bowl to create the sauce.
Layer green onion, broccoli, shrimp, and garlic in a frying pan. Pour the sauce over and top with butter. Cover and steam on medium heat for 5 minutes, then mix everything together.
