- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of salt and pepper
BƯỚC
Separate broccoli into small florets. Peel the stem, cut it in half lengthwise, and slice thinly at an angle. Slice the garlic.
Heat tuna and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until the garlic becomes fragrant. Add broccoli and stir-fry until coated with oil, then cover with a lid and steam over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper, and stir-fry to combine.
