Vegetables
- 🥦 150g broccoli
- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp ground sesame
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of black pepper
BƯỚC
Separate broccoli florets and blanch them in boiling water with 0.5 tsp salt. Rinse under cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Cut the king oyster mushroom into bite-sized pieces and blanch in boiling water for less than 1 minute. Drain and squeeze out excess water.
Grind sesame seeds in a blender for a more aromatic flavor.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground sesame, mayonnaise, soy sauce, and sugar. Mix well to create the dressing.
Add the blanched broccoli and mushrooms to the bowl and toss with the dressing.
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt if needed. Add sesame oil and black pepper, then mix thoroughly.
Serve the broccoli sesame salad.
