- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets
Vegetables
- 🥬 400g daikon radish
- 1 piece ginger
Seasonings
- 200cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
BƯỚC
Peel and cut the daikon radish into thick slices. Microwave for 5 minutes to soften.
Slice the ginger thinly and set aside.
In a pot, combine water, sake, mirin, sugar, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
Add the daikon slices and ginger to the pot. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the yellowtail fillets to the pot and cook for another 10 minutes.
Serve the buri daikon hot, garnished with additional ginger if desired.
