- 4 slices ham
Vegetables
- 2 leaves cabbage
- 🌽 100g canned corn
Dairy
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
- 🥛 200cc milk
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp consomme
- Pinch of chopped parsley
Liquid
- 💧 200cc water
BƯỚC
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and dice the ham into 1.5cm cubes.
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat, add ham and cabbage, and sauté until the cabbage softens. Add flour and cook until no longer powdery.
Add water, consomme, and canned corn to the pot. Once boiling, reduce to low heat and add milk and pizza cheese. Cook until the cheese melts. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped parsley as desired.
