Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 cabbage
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
- 4 shiso leaves
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets salted mackerel
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- As needed salad oil
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
BƯỚC
Thinly slice the cabbage and soak it in water for 3 minutes, then drain. Mince the green onion and shiso leaves.
Mix the ingredients marked with ☆ to prepare the marinade.
Cut the mackerel into bite-sized pieces and coat them evenly with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C and fry the mackerel, flipping occasionally, until golden brown.
While still hot, immerse the fried mackerel in the marinade. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Serve the mackerel over a bed of cabbage.
