- 🐟 1 can (190g) mackerel in water
- 🥬 2 leaves (80g) cabbage
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso paste
- 💧 300ml water
Garnish
- A pinch of shichimi togarashi
BƯỚC
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Drain the mackerel can and roughly flake the fish.
In a pot, add dashi powder and water, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add mackerel and cabbage, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.
Turn off the heat and dissolve miso paste into the soup. Heat gently over medium heat until just before boiling.
Serve in bowls and sprinkle with shichimi togarashi.
