- 🥬 150g chopped cabbage
- 🍄 200g enoki mushrooms

- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper

Cut the cabbage into 2cm squares and trim the enoki mushrooms' root ends. Halve the mushrooms and separate them by hand.

Layer the cabbage, enoki mushrooms, and baby scallops in a frying pan. Add the seasonings (sake, salt, pepper). Cover with a lid and steam over medium heat for about 3 minutes.

Add the butter and mix gently to combine.
