- 🥬 3 cabbage leaves
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
Protein
- 🐟 1 can (80g) oil-packed tuna
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tsp salad oil
Miso Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder

Cut the cabbage into halves lengthwise and then into bite-sized pieces. Slice off the stems of the shiitake mushrooms and cut them into thin slices.
Mix all the miso sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, miso, and dashi powder) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, and grated ginger, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
Add the canned tuna and pour the miso sauce over the ingredients. Mix well, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Serve the dish on a plate and enjoy.
