- 🥬 150g chopped cabbage
- 10g dried wakame
Sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 🌭 1/2 tsp mustard
BƯỚC
Cut the cabbage into 2cm wide strips. Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of water and drain well.
Place the cabbage in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Cool the cabbage in cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sugar, vinegar, miso, mustard) in a bowl to create the vinegar miso sauce.
Arrange the cabbage and wakame on a plate and drizzle with the vinegar miso sauce.
