Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices bacon
Egg
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (75g), minced
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), minced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
BƯỚC
Mince the carrot and onion.
Cut the bacon into 1cm wide strips.
Mix the cooked rice and beaten egg in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and carrot, and stir-fry until softened. Add the bacon and stir briefly.
Add the rice mixture to the pan and stir-fry over medium-high heat, breaking up clumps. Add soy sauce and chicken stock powder, and mix well.
