- 🥕 1 carrot
- 🥔 1 small potato (120g)

- 1 mentaiko (50g)
Condiments
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt

- 1/2 tbsp salad oil

Cut the carrot and potato into 1cm thick sticks. Soak the potato in water and drain.
Make a slit in the mentaiko skin and extract the contents.
Mix the mentaiko, mayonnaise, and sake in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and add the carrot and potato. Stir-fry over medium heat until coated with oil.
Add 1 tbsp of water (not listed in ingredients) and cover with a lid. Steam over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Add the mentaiko mixture and stir-fry until evenly coated.
