- 🦪 6 sashimi-grade scallops
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 stalk celery
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 bag baby leaf greens

- 🍋 1/8 lemon, thinly sliced
Dressing
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
BƯỚC
Remove the strings from the celery and slice thinly. Sprinkle with salt and massage lightly.
Thinly slice the lemon, slice the cherry tomatoes into rounds, and cut the scallops in half.
Mix the dressing ingredients (sugar, salt and pepper, lemon juice, olive oil) in a bowl.
Arrange the scallops, cherry tomatoes, celery, lemon slices, and baby leaf greens on a plate. Drizzle the dressing over the top.
