- 🥬 2 celery stalks with leaves
Seaweed
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp white dashi
- 1 tbsp vinegar
BƯỚC
Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of water and drain. Separate the celery stalks and leaves. Remove the strings from the stalks and slice diagonally into 1cm pieces. Chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
Combine the celery, wakame, and seasonings (salt, white dashi, vinegar) in a bowl. Mix well and let sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
