- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp crushed seaweed
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🧀 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Mix the rice, salt, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and crushed seaweed in a bowl until evenly combined.
Heat a pan and lightly grease it with vegetable oil using a kitchen towel.
Spread the rice mixture thinly and evenly on the pan to create a crispy layer.
Cook on medium-low heat until the rice starts to crisp, then add mozzarella cheese on top and cover with a lid to melt the cheese.
Once the cheese is melted, cut the crispy rice layer in half using a spatula.
Flip the halves and cook both sides until golden and crispy.
Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve.
Use the remaining rice mixture to form rice balls.
