- 2 tbsp salad oil

- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- Okonomiyaki sauce to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Bonito flakes to taste

Thinly slice the cabbage and cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix well.
Heat half of the salad oil in a frying pan, add the pork, and stir-fry over medium heat until the color changes. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from the pan.
Add the remaining salad oil to the pan, pour in the beaten eggs, and cook until the surface is semi-cooked. Place pizza cheese, cooked pork, shredded cabbage, and more pizza cheese on top.
Once the eggs are cooked, roll them from one side to the other. Place the seam side down, cover with a lid, and cook over low heat for about 2 minutes. Serve on a plate and top with okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, and bonito flakes.
