- 1 sheet seaweed
Seasonings

- 1.5 tbsp perilla oil

- a pinch of sesame seeds

Rinse the cheongpomuk under water and cut it into appropriate sizes.
Boil the cheongpomuk in hot water until it turns transparent, usually around 2 minutes.
Drain the cheongpomuk and rinse briefly under cold water. Place it in a bowl and mix gently with soy sauce, perilla oil, salt, sugar, and sesame seeds.
Crumble the seasoned seaweed and mix it into the cheongpomuk salad. Serve immediately.
