- 1 block tofu
Seasoning
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1/3 stalk green onion, chopped
- 2 chili peppers, chopped
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds

Slice the tofu into appropriate thickness for frying.
Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a pan and fry the tofu on low heat until golden and chewy.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing chili powder, soy sauce, sliced onion, chopped green onion, minced garlic, chili peppers, sesame oil, and honey.
Mix the seasoning thoroughly and check the taste.
Continue frying the tofu until the surface is dry and chewy.
While the tofu is still hot, add it to the bowl of prepared seasoning.
Mix the tofu and seasoning well until evenly coated.
